Niagara Foundation is engaged in a comprehensive and coordinated strategic planning process that will involve board of directors, staff, interns, members, volunteers, community representatives and friends of the organization.

The goal of this broad process is to design a shared vision of Niagara Foundation's future and to implement that vision through the development of key strategic initiatives tied to specific action plans.

This Web site will serve as a common point of reference about our progress towards these ends, and a point of contact where members of our community may share their thoughts, asks questions and participate in an ongoing organizational conversation about our shared future.
