Niagara Foundation is currently offering new internship opportunities. Niagara Foundation envisions a community in which people from all walks of life interact with each other and cooperate to serve their communities, thereby strengthening civil society and promoting the development of human values.
All internships are unpaid. Internships last one semester and include a 10-hour/week commitment. Applicants should email a resume and cover letter to M. Hilmi Cinar Associate Director, at: associatedirector@niagarafoundation.org

Clearly indicate which internship opportunity you are applying for in your cover letter. If you are applying for more than one position, please list in order of preference. All fall applications are due by September 7. (Please note: fall internships usually run from mid Sept through mid Dec). Applications that do not list the above information will not be processed. If you have any questions, please email all inquiries to internships@niagarafoundation.org. (Students interested in receiving class credit, should indicate so in their cover letters.)
Internship responsibilities include, but are not limited to , researching local & regional topics; assisting with creating and managing of membership and speaker databases; preparing and distributing occasional mailings (mail, fax, or e-mail); providing assistance with other duties and activities. This internship also offers the opportunity to attend and provide support at Foundation events.
Qualifications: Major or general interest in community affairs; excellent research, written and oral communication skills; detailed oriented and strong organizational abilities; knowledge of Microsoft office.
