Black History Month : The Niagara Foundation in Missouri hosted a luncheon forum on February, 24, 2011 to commemorate Black History Month where Congressman William Lacy Clay was the keynote speaker. Congressman Clay talked about the contributions of African Americans to this great nation and the long and hard journey of African-Americans from civil rights movements to this day where US has an African-American president, President Obama. Congressman Clay also talked about his father, William Lacy (Bill) Clay, Sr., who was the first African-American Representative from Missouri. |

St Louis Reading Club
Dear Friends, It’s been almost 15 days since our first meeting. So, we should start preparing for the second one. We are planning to meet in the same building on Monday, February 27th. Second meeting’s topic will be “Holy scriptures/books in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam”. We will follow similar structure we had in the first meeting.
