Niagara Foundation organizes dialogue trips to Turkey as yet another means of building bridges and strengthening friendships between the East and the West. Though hailing from different religious backgrounds, we find common ground through our travels in which we share the same dining table.
Minnesotans are presented with the opportunity to network with new, and God willing, lifelong friends as a way of strengthening even further our commitment to a global ethic of dialogue and mutual understanding. Our itinerary includes several cities such as Istanbul. Ankara, Izmir, Capadocia, Konya, Kayseri, Antalya, Gaziantep, Sanliurfa. Each city has its own historical and cultural places to visit. The Minnesotans generally spend a week with our experienced guides and visit five or six different cities. The guests buy only their round trip tickets and our sister organizations and affiliated partners sponsor the rest of the trip. The people also have a chance to share the dinner with Turkish families in each city and directly interact with Turkish people.
