Noah’s Pudding is a sharing of culture, a symbol of unity, and a gift of friendship. This is to observe the tradition that celebrates the landing of Noah’s ark on Mount Ararat in Eastern Turkey.

To remember this, a special dessert is cooked and shared with all neighbors and friends on the day of Ashure. It is basically made up from grain, wheat, dry beans, dry fruits, raisins, almonds, peanuts and sugar.
